My name is Adam with @lazyguydiy . After college, I moved to the ridiculously awesome Little/Big City of Richmond, Virginia where I got a job in finance. Over a decade later, I find myself with a house, a wonderful wife and beautiful daughter. After a bunch of project builds and repairs on our almost 100 year old Craftsman Bungalow style house, it hit me one day while finishing up one of my many Amazon product reviews… “I should write about this stuff and put it online!” It’s my goal to bring you regular quality content with my own brand of humor and what we will define as Lazy Guy Level of Expertise. I’m Lana, with @glacierbuilt, lover of all things power tools, woodworking and furniture revamps! I started selling hand painted growth charts for children/families, and other fun decor for your home such as family name signs and string art in 2015. I have casually build furniture for my home for the last few years. It started with a dining table and then a queen head board and desk for my daughters room. I’ve grown to love building and creating with my hands and feel it’s so much better building exactly what’s needed rather than shopping for poor quality items! Follow my new Instagram page Glacier Built and lets build together.
3×3 Custom started by accident. I was searching for an outdoor storage bench and couldn’t find anything I liked. So I had a crazy idea to build it myself! Instantly, I fell in love with power tools, hand tools and everything in between.
The name 3×3 (Three by Three) is a reference to the 3 little people who are most important to me, my children, combined with my new passion, woodworking.
I absolutely love the process of taking ugly rough lumber and transforming it into a unique conversation piece. I also enjoy sharing this process on Instagram. If you want to see me in action, go check out my Insta feed!
