My name is Adam with @lazyguydiy . After college, I moved to the ridiculously awesome Little/Big City of Richmond, Virginia where I got a job in finance. Over a decade later, I find myself with a house, a wonderful wife and beautiful daughter. After a bunch of project builds and repairs on our almost 100 year old Craftsman Bungalow style house, it hit me one day while finishing up one of my many Amazon product reviews… “I should write about this stuff and put it online!” It’s my goal to bring you regular quality content with my own brand of humor and what we will define as Lazy Guy Level of Expertise. Whats up? I’m Timisha with @toolboxdivas . I’ve always been fascinated with building things like furniture, cabinets and anything home related. I was always making things for my home and repairing anything in need of repair. I enrolled in home maintenance courses at my local community college such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing, pursuing a certificate in carpentry and home improvement. I then realized lots of women were uneasy with Do-It-Yourself (DIY) tasks and even afraid to try. I found my calling, creating Toolbox Divas, to help women conquer the unknown and to take charge of their own home.
I’m Lana, with @glacierbuilt, lover of all things power tools, woodworking and furniture revamps! I started selling hand painted growth charts for children/families, and other fun decor for your home such as family name signs and string art in 2015. I have casually build furniture for my home for the last few years. It started with a dining table and then a queen head board and desk for my daughters room. I’ve grown to love building and creating with my hands and feel it’s so much better building exactly what’s needed rather than shopping for poor quality items! Follow my new Instagram page Glacier Built and lets build together.
I’m Pete from @furniturebypete. Im a full-time furniture maker located outside Boston, Ma. I’ve been making furniture for 10yrs and was finally lucky enough to make the leap to fulltime in June of 2016. I love what I do; I love interacting with my following; and my favorite build is my next. Come on this journey with me and lets build some awesome furniture together and lets build it the right way!
